Behind the scenes, the Maritime Cluster Advisory Group is actively contributing ideas regarding the area’s development. Residents, business owners, and organizations from the area around Nieuwe Diep–Nieuwe Werk offer both solicited and unsolicited advice on the plans.

Preparations for the participatory approach at the Ravelijnbrug site have begun

The Den Helder Maritime Cluster Development program is beginning by shaping the participatory approach for the preferred location of a new Ravelijn Bridge over the Koopvaarders Binnenhaven.

Sounding board group launched

One of the ways residents can contribute ideas is through the sounding board group Gebied Nieuwe Diep/Nieuwe Werk (New Deep/New Work Area). This group consists of fifteen representatives from the area.
